Project Manager
Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and oversight for each Client Account, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of Olive Group, LLC.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Client Account executions
- Help define project adjustments, scope, and goals
- Define tasks and required resources
- Manage Client relationships through consistent communication with team and clients
- Communicate with assigned creative team as needed
- Confirm and help create project schedule and timeline
- Track deliverables
- Support creative team
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to Executive Staff on Client Account progress, needs, and growth potential
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
- Client facing interaction & problem solving
Education & Experience
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of techniques and tools
- Experience as a project manager or equivalent [preferred]
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools

Job Requirements
- Internet Access (Work Email will be provided)
- Have own vehicle and have availability for some Pierce County/Regional travel.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs on seldom occasions.
- 20-25 Hours/Week in downtown Tacoma
Compensation
- Hourly (Based on Experience)
- Additional perks with trade purchasing account may be available
