Using Talented Project Freelancers

We use a number of freelancers for many of our projects.  These are pre-screen people who have shown us their great talents and are willing to work for a great cause (and at a reasonable price).  We often times give a discount to non-profits that agree with our life perspective and our freelancers give this discount as well.  We work hard to keep our costs as low as possible.  Hiring good project freelancers is a tough job, but we think we’ve found some of the best.  You can see some of our work with them in our web, graphics, print and photography sections of our site.

We do our best to keep this process of using freelancers for your project as smooth and streamlined as possible.  Often times, most clients are unaware that a freelancer programmer, for instance, is helping build their site.  Even billing of the project is done completely through Olive Group, thus causing no confusion or extra costs at the end of the project.  When we give you an estimate, there are no “additional” project freelancer fees.

Jake works directly with each client and is the go-to person for all needs, questions and hopefully answers to your project.  If he can’t figure out the answer, he will work directly with the project freelancers to get it for you.  This helps reduce confusion and keeps you, the client, always in the know.  We never hide who our freelancers are, but typically provide their details if it is necessary to get them involved in a discussion.  We’ve found this greatly increases client fulfillment, streamlines the process of the project and provides more satisfaction to our clients in the long run.
