Lester Ghost Town
Lester Ghost Town is located in North Bend, Washington, and you can see a decaying 1890s town when you take a hike into the mountainside forest. You won’t find it like a walk in the woods but a pleasant and flat trail. The shade is limited in this park. With the green river on the way, you will see an idyllic spot. You may want to pack your garbage. The entire structures at the location have been dismantled for safety reasons. See here for information about Top Fun Activities to Do in University Place.
Snoqualmie Tunnel
If you are a hiker, you can access this long, dark tunnel, and even on the straight path, you can get confused if you are without lights. The tunnel once served as the path of the Chicago-Milwaukee-St. Paul Pacific with its 1,612-acre park. What remains of the tunnel is a section of track that hikers can now utilize. The tunnel burrows straight through a mountain as it is a dark 2.3-mile stretch. The center is comfortable, calm, and downright cold. You may want to think of wearing layers for warmth as a requirement for hikers.
